For the past 10 years, our team has consisted of marketing professionals with over thirty five years combined experience in Qualitative and Quantitative research, and more than twenty years experience working in multi ethnic research.

Lisa Switkes, Chief Executive Officer
With over 35 years of marketing experience, Mrs. Switkes has a comprehensive understanding of public opinion research and specializes in the qualitative and quantitative methodologies of gathering market research data. Drawing on her experience in the market research industry, she founded Focus On Miami in 1995 and quickly established it as an outstanding resource to national and international companies of all sizes.
Mrs. Switkes has a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Marketing from the University of Miami and received her training with both the Miami Herald and Jean Light Research organization. She has strong ties with Miami's multi-ethnic and alternative lifestyle community and has worked closely with the Miami Beach Hispanic Community Center; offering Bilingual/Hispanic services to her diverse clientele.
In addition to being the driving force behind Focus on Miami, Mrs. Switkes is a member of many organizations in order to preserve the integrity of market research. She is currently a member of the American Market Research Association and serves on the Board of Directors for the Florida Chapter of the Market Research Association, as well as a Minority Business Enterprise Member.

Matthew Switkes, Vice President
As a qualitative market research consultant, Mr. Switkes has over 7 years experience in the market research industry. He has helped identify and develop marketing strategies for clients such as Jiffy Lube, Comcast, Sea World/Busch Gardens, Bellsouth and Absolute.
Mr. Switkes has a degree in marketing from the University of South Florida. Prior to Focus On Miami, he received his training with Schwartz Research and the Herring Group, serving as facilities director for both companies.
In addition to his consulting work, Mr. Switkes is also an experienced moderator and has conducted many focus groups with Miami's multi-cultural and diverse population. He is currently a member of the Market Research Association and a member of the American Marketing Association.

Michelle Rabah-Director of Operations
Michelle joined the Focus On Miami team in 2003, after graduating from Florida International University with a degree in Marketing. Michelle has worked extensively with the Latin American Community and continues to aid in the increased development of the Focus on Miami Hispanic database. Michelle oversees all aspects of the qualitative process.
